To become an aggregator with CloudPublish, you need to sign an Aggregator agreement and specify which aggregator features you'd like to enable on your platform. Our team will then assist you in setting up and customizing these features to suit your needs.

Each aggregated publisher should provide us with their metadata in ONIX format. They are not required to use the same version of ONIX, as CloudPublish can adapt its processing to accommodate different ONIX versions for each publisher or imprint.

You have two options:

Traditional Management: Handle all subscriptions and sales originating from your website yourself.
Publisher Self-Management: CloudPublish can set up a dedicated backend for each of your aggregated publishers, allowing them to manage their own subscriptions directly. We will also provide you with regular reports to keep you informed.

Librarians can make purchases either by paying with a credit card or by being designated as "trusted customers," allowing them to place online orders with delayed payment. In both scenarios, the fulfillment process is automated and can be completed instantly, ensuring quick and seamless service.
